If you proceed with your order you agree to the terms of service. Please refer to the site for any stated specific time frames. Time frames are subject to change without notice. Tunes reserves the right without notice to send out an equivalent item to expedite the delivery. Which can be color and style equivalent to original ordered item when a promo code is utilized. Promo codes on the same order can not be combined and are limited to one per purchase.
Products that do not have a posted time frame are estimated to ship within 7 business days once processed. If you have not received an email with tracking within this time frame, your address or email is invalid and we have no way to contact you. Contact customer service for assistance. Shipping dates are only an estimate and are subject to change. TUNES does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result in the event that an extended delay arises, it will be posted on the website. The products will be shipped in the order in which your order is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order. If you have received a special introductory offer by email the code terms apply to this purchase. The time frame will be 4-6 weeks.
SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE. WE OFFER FIRST CLASS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. WE DO NOT DO FORWARDING. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COMBINE ORDERS WITH THE SAME ADDRESS AND NAME.
30 day Manufacturer Warranty. Exclusions apply and approval RMA# is required. Customer is responsible for shipping item/s with proper insurance, tracking and return prepaid label.
Ownership of packages turned over to DHL Ecommerce or USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, returned or damaged packages. Fees will be applied to reship and handle the package. Which the customer will be invoiced. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, theft or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer. Shipping is a service you purchase from DHL Ecommerce or USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled through the courier and contact is to be through that courier. Please allow domestic tracking up to 24 hours to update. Allow up to 5 days for International tracking to update. If your package is returned for any reason there will be a reshipping fee charged once confirmed we have received the package back. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BACK. We do not change shipping addresses. If their is a typo on the address , please contact customer service. You will get a confirmed email that it has been corrected. If you do not receive confirmation of the correction, that means it has not be corrected or has already shipped. We are not responsible for any issues with customs and any duties or fees for International orders.
COMBO BUNDLE TERMS:
All sales are final. Previous purchases are not eligible for the bundle deal. 1 BUNDLE PER ORDER. The color of the FREE item will vary and the color represented on the invoice does not reflect the color received. If a return is authorized, you will be given an RMA#. All items need to be included IE: original packaging and all contents must be returned together. Customer will be responsible to pay for shipping, insurance and supply us with the tracking information. If a refund is granted, the original shipping fees are not refundable.
COMBO BUNDLE WARRANTY:
TUNES PRO Earbuds have a 30 day manufacturers warranty. Free item included in the combo bundle will not have a warranty. The item is a promotional product.
Once you place your order, you will not be issued a refund. All orders are FINAL. The purchaser is no longer eligible for a refund or cancellation. Shipping is non refundable.
COUPON CODE RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the promotional period, and while supplies last. Only one code per item. We reserve the right to send a compatible item if the item is not available.You must be an individual end user purchaser to obtain this promotional offer. Re-sellers, governmental institutions, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and small business purchasers do not qualify, and TUNES reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases made by such purchasers at any time without prior notice. Once the order is placed it can not be cancelled or refunded. All duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.

Due to the process and handling charges applied to the shipping, all shipping and handling fees are final. By entering coupon code and completing checkout you are agreeing to these terms. Promo codes can not be combined on the same order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

- We ship via United States Postal Service, DHL E-Commerce and/or United Parcel Service.

- If your item is not able to deliverable for any reason and is returned to sender, it will only be reshipped at the customers expense once the item is received back.
- All duties and tax are the customers responsibility.

If you have received your order and there is an issue with the item. You must notify customer service within 7 days. If an exchange is authorized after the 7 day time frame, shipping is the customers responsibility. Original packaging is required with all contents. Depending on your issue, a customer service rep will authorize or deny a one time replacement, once the item is received back and inspected. If you are not given an authorization do not send the item back. It will be refused. The shipping fee to return the item for an exchange is the customers responsibility and must include a tracking number and insurance. If the item is not received we are not responsible for your item. All shipping fees originally paid are non refundable for any reason. Once the item is verified with the serial number and inspected, we will ship the authorized one time replacement. If the item is found to be damaged by the consumer we will not send a replacement and shipping fees to receive the item back is the responsibility of the consumer.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

COUPON/PROMO CODE ITEMS ONLY
- *Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. In stock orders once processed may take up to 7 days to ship. If the order is placed while on back order, you will be notified by email once shipped. Once shipped the delivery for U.S. orders and International orders are subject to your carrier once received.
- Shipping insurance will not be provided for promotional merchandise these terms also apply to user code submitted items.
- Merchandise will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Signature will not be required for promotional merchandise.
- A tracking number will be provided to the customer once shipped via email.
- TUNES is not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit or delivered to address provided.
- Most International orders are permitted at this time.
- We are not responsible for any Customs fees that may be charged to the customer
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.
- We are only able to ship to the billing address of the cardholder and verified Paypal addresses.
